Help Wanted
We are always on the lookout for potential associates - competent, motivated, like-minded people who want to help groups make good decisions.
Associates are typically hired as contractors for specific jobs. It is important that associates believe in our corporate values and serve clients in keeping with our high standards and unique brand. It is entirely possible for the right person to become an employee and grow with the company.
We also have a particular need for meeting recorders. In this role, an associate attends a meeting that Craig facilitates and then takes responsibility for writing the meeting report according to our standard formats. This is a great way to learn Craig's meeting facilitation techniques and a great way to work with a variety of groups on all different topics.
In addition, we are always on the lookout for partnerships with lead facilitators, mediators, trainers and other group facilitation consultants who are capable of bringing and/or building their own clientele.
We offer an apprenticeship program where aspiring facilitators can gain experience while providing affordable services to clients. See below to learn more.
