On the home page, click on Publications and scroll down to the Guidelines and click. This is the third revision of the Guidelines since they were first published in 1985. The goal for initially developing the Guidelines was to provide a working document for guidance to health agency officials and public health administrators in the development and operation of oral health programs at the state level.
